About the Online MBA Degree Program

Content in this section is provided by the school.

Our online MBA program follows a set curriculum that gives students a solid foundation in all important business areas. These subjects are divided into six themes, which students study over the course of five semesters. Each course is team taught by 2-4 faculty. We employ the “flipped classroom” method, in which students complete asynchronous material (pre-recorded videos, team projects, assignments, discussion boards) each week at their own pace before coming together as a class for two synchronous (live) online class meetings each week.

Measures to instill academic integrity

Data appear as submitted by school

At the beginning of the course, students are given a presentation on academic integrity, participate in a discussion about it, and sign a “Code of Academic Integrity” document. Exams are administered with webcams on during synchronous class sessions whenever possible so that teachers can monitor the students. We promote academic integrity when tests are completed on the student’s own time by using a variety of open-ended, custom assessments. The evaluation criteria are explicit, documented, and verbally reaffirmed by the professor. Rubrics are used in some instances. Peer evaluations are used in collaborative projects. Students receive both individual and group feedback that is substantive and academic.
