You can pursue post-baccalaureate (“post-bac”) coursework or programs for one of two reasons: either you want to raise your math and science grades before applying to medical school even though you have completed all pre-med requirements, or you want to apply to medical school but did not meet the pre-med requirements as an undergraduate.

The Pre-Health Core Studies program equips students with the fundamental knowledge and rigorous training they need to succeed in the health professional school of their choice, even if they lack a strong background in science. For students who already have a background in the sciences but wish to strengthen their academic credentials and continue their studies, the Pre-Health Specialized Studies program is available. Many of our students don’t neatly fit into either track, so our knowledgeable advisory team can assist you in creating a unique profile of classes.
