Queen’s University is one of the oldest universities in Canada because it was established by a royal charter from Victoria. The university, a prestigious institution of higher learning in Kingston, Ontario, was established on October 16th, 1841. The first classes for ministry training were held on March 7, 1842, with 13 students and two instructors.

In addition to a School of Graduate Studies, a School of Health Sciences, a School of Engineering and Applied Science, a Faculty of Business, a Faculty of Law, a School of Policy Studies, a School of Law, a School of Education, and a School of Health Sciences, the university also has a Faculty of Business and a Faculty of Law.
